Inspection Done… Next Stop Closing?
Well the home inspection is done. A lot of the obvious was pointed out, but also some good ideas and things we missed were brought up. All in all, nothing major popped up. Unless something weird develops over the weekend, I think we’ll be telling the realtor that we’re ready to close.
One Step Closer
Phone call from the realtor this morning announced that HUD signed the contract. Now we can start getting utilities turned back on for the home inspection, finally get the home inspection, and get this deal done. Starting to get nervous now. I’ll have a lawn to mow. Awesome.
