HUD finally paid the open balance on the water meter. Now to get the water on and the home inspection done. Getting there. Slowly but surely.
One Step Closer
Phone call from the realtor this morning announced that HUD signed the contract. Now we can start getting utilities turned back on for the home inspection, finally get the home inspection, and get this deal done. Starting to get nervous now. I’ll have a lawn to mow. Awesome.
