It’s been another busy month, but we are finally nearing completion.
The house is 100% rewired. Three of the four bedrooms are repainted. All of the trim in the house has been sanded and is now ready to be refinished. Bathroom is primed and cement board has been laid.
The bathroom will be painted on Tuesday and tiled on Wednesday next week, which means that it should be ready just before the new windows and doors go in on the 17th. Between now and then I plan on the rest of the rooms being finished, including the kitchen, which really hasn’t been touched yet.
After the doors and windows are in, floors get sanded, repaired, and refinished… then it’s move in time!
Can hardly wait.
