Sorry that the comparisons are not shot exactly the same, but they are enough to get the point across.
After filling 30 yards of waste and 30 hours of work per person (120 man hours,) the bathroom and basement is gutted, the walls are stripped, sanded, and washed, a vast majority of the six-year-old over- growth is removed, the gutters are cleaned and leveled, and you have four very sore and exhausted people.
Crazy thing happened when I had the dumpster swapped out today. The driver gets out his truck and we start talking, then I realize that he was the guy who used to the Bellwood route back when we had that building for Step. The world just got smaller.
