The Olive Estate
Last Sunday my father sent me some a list of HUD houses he thought were good deals.
Him and I got a walk-thru on Monday.
We submitted a bid on Thursday.
Bid was accepeted today.
In other words
ZOMG!!! WE’RE HOME OWNERS!
Really a nice looking house with an amazing 1/4 acre of land.
The inside needs some work, which is nice… it’s really a blank canvas.
