Square One: Again

This is unreal.  What are the chances that both houses we’ve been ready to make an offer on go off the market the weekend before the offer is made?

Elmwood Park… gone.  WTF?

    Well I’m not entirely sure what’s going on here, and being a Sunday afternoon, my hopes of getting an answer are nil.

    It appears, at this moment, that the house was simply re-listed under a new number.

    I was tooling around on the ReMax site, and I just happened to stumble upon the house with a new listing number.

    Hope to confirm this tomorrow.
