If anyone wants a bit of a reality check on how hard certain areas of this country has been in regards to foreclosures, check out some of the bigger Realtor websites for available properties. Now granted I’m more of a visual person, but the foreclosure problem this country is facing did not really sink in until I saw that half of some towns are for sale.
During our searching there were certain areas where it looked like 70%, 80% of some blocks where for sale. Sometimes it looked like half of some cities are on the market.
